Either if you’re racing or spectating, the sauna is going to be going for you to enjoy!
Just grab an extra change of clothes to sauna in (swimwear, shorts, tanktops, etc…) and you’ll be ready to enjoy some muscle recovery and a sure way to take the chill off from the day.
