Join us for a special collaboration with Nate (@natesauna) this next Wednesday from 5-6pm at our Dawes Park location, lakeside in Evanston. This one hour immersive guided session includes a traditional German Aufguss with aromatherapy, towel-waving to move the heat and some delightfully cold water.
Finished off with a grounding tea service and a revitalizing sugar scrub.
