Sauna Club is teaming up with First Ascent Arlington Heights to keep spreading the good sauna news to everyone, everywhere.
Expect cold plunges and the best heat in town all weekend long. We’ll be running our usual 30-minute sessions, and if you’d like a longer stay, simply book two back-to-back sessions for a full hour of deep heat and recovery.
