Sauna Club is super excited to announce a new collaboration with Saunameister Alex Troitzsch for ‘Sauna Aufguss,’ a German sauna ritual where essential oil-infused water is poured on the hot stones of the sauna stove, creating aromatic steam. Alex then uses different techniques to distribute the hot air with a towel inside the sauna, a slightly challenging and deeply liberating experience. During this 90 minute Aufguss session, Alex also integrates breath work and meditation exercises, promoting relaxation, connectedness, and overall well-being.
